We are currently hiring hard-working dependable process server agents. A brief job description is as follows;
Objectives:
The primary objective of a process server is to serve legal documents to individuals!
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Service of all legal process through locating and delivering papers to said individuals
2. Maintain proper reports/records relating to service of process.
3. Utilize a Smart Phone with an app downloaded to maintain records
4. Any other duties as assigned by higher authority.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
2. Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.
5. Must have and be proficient with a Smart Phone (Droid or iPhone) and use and app and take photos
6. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
7. Ability to successfully complete required training.
Location & Hours:
Due to the nature of this position, the successful candidate will be available days, nights and weekends. You will be assigned a designated territory typically in a area near where you work or live to be most efficient.
Supervision:
Works under the general supervision of the Operations Manager and Administrative Assistant.
Physical Requirements:
Must have the use of sensory skills in order to effectively communicate and interact with others and the public through the use of the telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, hear, handle or feel objects and controls. Physical capability to effectively use and operate various items of office related equipment, such, but not limited to a; personal computer; scanner; calculator; copier and fax machine. No significant standing, walking, moving, climbing, carrying, bending, kneeling, crawling, reaching and handling, pushing and pulling. Ability to stand and walk for periods of time, often in adverse climactic conditions, while maintaining an alert mental condition.
